A guardrail is “a system designed to keep vehicles from straying into dangerous or off limit areas.” The point of a guardrail is not to prevent you from driving where the guardrail is located but to prevent you from encountering the danger that lies beyond the guardrail. Just as we need guardrails on the road to protect we also need spiritual guardrails because God expects us to “make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him” (2 Peter 3:14). In this series we will discuss some spiritual guardrails that will equip us to live blamelessly.
